Since 2011 I help companies in Eastern Europe to grow their sales in Scandinavia and Western Europe. Most common problems that prevents CEO’s or Sales Managers from reaching full potential of growing sales in export markets that I see:
– Managers do not have time for looking for new customers systematically
– There is a lack of people who can do high quality customer search
